I hope each of you had a Blessed Christmas and a very Happy New Year. With the New Year you may include making a list of things to do and change for the upcoming year. You may want to ride on those roads that you have not ridden as yet. Maybe you have a new bike in the plans or just adding that piece of chrome that you looked at in the shop last year. Regardless of what your plans are sometimes they get put off till another day or you just forget about them altogether. Some things are easy to take care of, like keeping your bike clean or just giving it a good going over to make sure it will be ready for the upcoming year.
I would say getting ready for riding season but in Georgia that is all year long or at least for me it is. I find that the AC works great in the winter and the heater works well in summer. Just need to get them reversed somehow. But I do like riding the year round, so I make adjustments so that I can be comfortable regardless of the weather. These are easy for us to do without a lot of effort on our part.
Do you ever find that you’re just spinning your wheels and not getting anywhere? That there are just not enough hours in the day to complete what you started out to do. Maybe it is just time to take a break, get a cup of coffee or coke and just relax. We are spending too much time on the things that will not mean anything six months from now.
Maybe just get out and ride to clear your thoughts or spend time alone with someone that can change your whole outlook on life. God can do this for you. He is knocking on the door of your heart. All you need to do is open it and let him in. Doing so can complete you as you never have been; revise you in ways that only he can. All roads are not the same. Which road are you on today? Your road can change by asking Jesus to set you free. Only he can completely set you free in the wind. Hope to see you on the highway.
MAY GOD BLESS
